Ron Wilhelmsen:

Ron Wilhelmsen was born and raised in New York City. A graduate of Washington & Lee University, Ron studied Communications, Theater and Art. After receiving a B.A. in Art in 1987 he started his career in television as a Production Assistant for Nightly News with Tom Brokaw and the Today Show. Ron soon found his right place in the NBC Network News graphics department as an Art assistant. After observing some of the most talented artists in television, Ron achieved his goal of becoming a graphic designer for the Today Show.

After 11 years at NBC Ron took his craft to Boston as Senior Broadcast Designer at WBZ-TV. Ron's impact was immediate. His contributions to the stations new branding strategy along with his designs for Red Sox Friday Night Baseball and The Boston Marathon won him a number of Promax, Emmy and Tele Awards. Although he misses New York deeply, it was the experience he gained in Boston that helped him find success as a Broadcast Designer.

Ron jumped at the chance to work with Liz and Bob before even knowing what the project was all about. "A Glory From The God" as it is now known has been the most rewarding design project of his career.
