Fund raising objectives and outcomes

The objectives of our fund raising activities are to raise the money to finish the construction of the Kunyuk Girls' School in the village of Akon, Sudan, as seen in the Journey Production Documentary "A GLORY FROM THE GOD".

The potential outcomes from viewings of "A Glory from the God":

• To educate people to help end genocide in the Sudan

• To show the documentary and distribute its supplementary "Healing Conversation Circle" manuals in a variety of venues including theaters to churches, synagogues and community centers.

• To align with organizations committed to human rights and humanitarian issues at home and around the world.

• To inspire people to pursue their own path of purpose and passion as Liz Walker, Gloria White Hammond and Achol Rehan exemplify. These women are excellent role models for drawing the powerful parallel between individual healing and the healing of the world. When we walk our path of purpose the very act of putting a courageous foot on the earth becomes a healing act. "A Glory From the God" is inspirational. We believe viewing and discussing "A Glory From the God" will be transformational.

Our fiscal agent, the Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church is a certified 501c(3) organization, therefore any gift is fully tax deductible.
